The similar engine was operated within the railway mobile powerplant which had been installed at the same plant in 1990. The exhaust heat will be used for heating system water. The water waste heat boiler is manufactured by UEMZ. The primary fuel will be natural gas.
The turbogenerator for this powerplant was manufactured in ELSIB (Novosibirsk) by the order of general designer DneprVNIIPIenergoprom. The air filtration system is manufactured by Elkuch (Switzerland) and the automatic process control system is manufactured and delivered by Avtonit (St. Petersburg). The powerplant was commissioned in May, 2007. |
