UDEU-2500-U2 turbine expander genset is tested at Solokha gas-distribution station

The turbine expander genset with the nominal capacity of 2.5 MW at generator terminals (in standard conditions by GOST 2939-63) was manufactured and delivered by Turbogaz together with Konstar and Energiya in accordance with the contract with Ukrgazdobycha.

The analysis of the turbine expander genset was carried out according to the gas-distribution station parameters. Natural gas fuel inlet and outlet pressure is 5.0-5.5 MPа and 2.7-3.5 MPa corres-pondingly. The capacity range is 400-2625 kW. The turbine expander gas flow is (3–5.5)*106 m³/d. The inlet gas temperature is from 8 to 4 °С below zero and the output gas temperature is from 30 to 20 °С below zero.
The ТК-2,5-2RUHLZ generator has nominal capacity of 10.5 kW at generator terminals.
The shaft rotation speed of turbogenerator and turbine expander genset is 3000 rpm.
The auxiliary capacity doesn’t exceed 100 kW and oil waste doesn’t exceed 0.35 kg/h.
The commissioning is planned by the end of 2007.
