Mosenergo put the third PGU-450T power package into operation at TETs-27 heat and power plant on November 22, 2007

The package includes two 160 MW gas turbines and 130 MW steam turbine.

The general designer is Mosenergoproject Institute. The general contractor is Mosenergospetsremont (Mosenergo).
The packages passed commissioning tests. On October 21, 2007 the first gas and steam turbines were put into a parallel mode with the power grid within two hours. On October 29, 2007 the second gas turbine passed testing at no-load at the speed of 3000 rpm. On November 1, 2007 the steam turbine was tested.
The third power package was constructed between Moscow Ring Road and Mytishchy. Electrozavod performed the assembling. The construction of the third PGU-450T power package at TETs-27 heat and power plant started on December 22, 2005. The construction within 23 month period is the shortest in Russian power industry.
