New Compressor Complex gas compressors were delivered to Gazprom
The 498-31-1LSM centrifugal compressor was manufactured and successfully tested for the second block of Yamsoveyskaya booster compressor station (Nadymgazprom).
The gas compressor will operate within GPA-16DKS-07 Ural compression package.
The compressor is three-staged. It has the following parameters at the nominal rotational speed of
5300 rpm:
- inlet airflow is 465 m³/min
- exhaust pressure is 4.61 MPa
- compression ratio is 1.7
- power consumption is 16 MW(GTU-16P gas turbine)
The gas compressor is equipped with the dry gas-dynamic seals manufactured by Grace-Engineering
and VNIIEM magnetic bearing. It is the first dry gas-dynamic compressor with such high compression
ratio intended to boost gas at the oil field.
The rotor weight is 1 800 kg.
The specified life exceeds 25 years. The compressor price is 26 million rubles. The project is
invested by Nadymgazprom.
Six gas compressors will be delivered to Yamsoveyskaya booster compressor station.
Earlier, in 2006-2007 five two-stage 498-23-1LSM gas compressors were manufactured and delivered
to Yubileynaya booster compressor station (Nadymgazprom) for installation.
