One more SGT-300 commissioned at Hasireysk field
Siemens commissioned the third SGT-300 Tempest gas turbine powerplant at this oil field in Yamal-Nenets autonomous region...
The SGT-300 packaged units, rated at 7.9 MW, were supplied to the Hasireysk field (Severnayaneft) as part of the existing powerplant modernisation program.
General designer for the power plant was the ILF company (Denmark). TechnoServ (Moscow) was prime contractor. Energotech (Moscow) manufactured and supplied equipment including gas and water treatment systems, switchgear and an automatic control system.
The second stage of modernisation will be completed by commissioning a fourth SGT-300 unit which is already assembled and packaged. All four power generating units are located in a quick-build facility equipped with all necessary auxiliary systems.
Fuel for the unit will be associated gas with high hydrogen sulphide content.
The fifth SGT-300 unit, which is still under construction, will operate on diesel oil (with the possibility of conversion to casing head gas).
By the end of 2007 the total output of the Hasireysk booster pumping station’s power centre will be around 32 MW. |
