OGK-1 (Wholesale Generating Company) announced a tender for the final construction of power package # 4 (PGU-800) at Perm state district power plant

The agreement is concluded for the turn-key construction (the EPCM model - Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management) with an approximate value comprising of a major part – expenses of the general contractor for the inspection and self-executed construction.

The ÅÐÑÌ-contractor is the general contractor eligible to sign contracts with subcontractors.
ÎGÊ-1 (Wholesale Generating Company) plans to complete the power unit construction till 2010. The power project supported by the OGK-1 investment programme was included into the List of high-priority power sites of the Russian Unified Energy System.
On September 14, 2007 RAO UES and Perm region authorities signed the agreement to im-prove the power supply reliability for the region customers.
