The compressor hall # 5 was commissioned at Rzhevskaya compressor station (Lentransgaz)

The last sixth 16 MW power package was commissioned at compressor hall on the Yamal-Europe pipeline.

The previous installations were carried out from 2003 to 2006. At present the packages operate at nominal capacity of 16 MW.
The Neva-16 gas compression package is designed and manufactured by Kirov Energomash. It is equipped with AL-31ST gas turbines with dry, low emission combustion chambers.
The gas turbines are designed by Lyulka NTC of Saturn and produced by UMPO.
The nominal capacity of AL-31ST gas turbine is 16.8 MW, the efficiency is 37% (ISO).
The compression ratio is 18.1. The exhaust gas flow is 64.5 kg/sec. The NOx emission is below 50 ppm.
The N-398-41-1SU-AL-31 gas compressor (Compressor Complex) produces the efficiency of 85%.
The automated control system is ALGOSTAR 05.03AL (Systema Gaz).
The total accumulated operating time of the gas turbines is 3000 hours by November 21, 2007.
The contractors are Tsentrgaz and Orgenergogaz.
